A super smooth puree - glossy with fruit. It is a subtle combination
of
flavours with a mango distinction that is heaven sent. (Plum Baby have
been
generous with the mango - it makes up almost 50% of the recipe).
As
with other recipes, the quinoa flakes are added to boost the protein
content, and also give it the right texture to make it slip down nicely.
